I just purchased a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from you on 1/23/15. I would rate my overall experience with the store and staff as totally awesome. I was greeted right away by the friendly staff. A staff member directed me to Matt Stir who I had talked to earlier in the day and asked about test riding some bike. Matt already had seven different motorcycles out waiting for me to try out. Matt was very helpful explaining all the differences between the bikes and answering all of my questions fully. Even some I did not think of. I would say that Matt truly exceeded every expectation that I had before about motorcycle salesman. After making my choice Matt took me back to see Chris Burnside their finance manager. Chris also made every effort to answer all my questions and out financing, service, payments, warranty, and extended warranty. Chris made the whole process of buying the motorcycle quick and easy to understand. At the end I got to ride off on my brand new motorcycle still with a smile on my face. Matt and Chris made my experience pleasurable and are very valuable employees for you to have working for you. I defiantly will go back and see them again. Thank you very much for all you help on my new motorcycle purchase. Especially to Matt and Chris. 

My experience with St. Pete Powersports has been absolutely superlative in every way. Chris Johnson is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful professionals I've had the pleasure to know, and he made my purchase of a 2014 Cross Country Tour effortless and enjoyable. As I'm a new rider, Chris Johnson was very patient, informative and solicitous of which bike best suited my needs. I highly recommend all prospective buyers to seek out Chris Johnson's expertise, as I'm sure their experience will mirror my own. Likewise, Chris Burnside was tremendously helpful, pleasant and efficient, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I had the most useful warranty and insurance coverage as possible; he made delivery of my bike a joy. Donny Wilson is a very engaging general manager and went out of his way to make my family and me welcome at SPPS, and he was instrumental in handling my trade-in. Lastly, Courtney Meyer was very helpful in assisting me with gear purchases and always has a very pleasant demeanor whenever I have a question or issue. Suffice it to say, I have dealt with many businesses over the last thirty years in several states, but none has ever come close to the outstanding service and friendship I've experienced at SPPS. Mr. Wilson, you have an excellent operation in motion, and your staff is top-notch in all regards. I will do everything I can to ensure that all of my many motorcycle-oriented colleagues bring you their business. Bravo! 

I would like to start by saying I have never been treated like this by a big company.They treated me like family more like a mom n pops store I had purchased a bike there about three years ago they let me park in there spot at the lube every Wednesday night. Then I wanted a razor side by side I was at a dealer and did not like the way they were treating me so I called matt with stpete powersports on the phone within seconds he had sent me photos on my phone of my next bike I loaded up the trailer and on my way filled out the credit app was there 20 min and out the door with my new razor 900 . then it needed service well I put it in and told them I needed it by the 20th to be in a parade . WEll they couldn't get it done but before I could even get mad they said they were going to lend me a brand new 2015 ranger to use in the parade WHO DOES STUFF LIKE THAT I"ll tell you who the company that will get all my business and all my friends too

I contacted several delaerships around the continental United States looking for a 110th Anniversary Bonneville. I happened to be looking at St. Pete's webpage when I came across the 2012 Bonneville and contacted Anthony via email. He called me on the phone the very next day explaining that the delaership couldn't locate a Anniversary Edition anywhere in the area and so my interest turned to that gorgeous Cranberry Red and New England White 2012 Bonneville. I explained to Anthony what I wanted and he made it happen. A few of those other dealers finally got around to getting back to me but Anthony and I had closed my deal. He knows what a customer wants and gets the job done.....a good deal for me, I'm a happy customer thanks to him. 

I contacted the dealership via email about a 2013 Triumph America. Jeff Green responded to me in a timely manner and we exchanged a few emails back and forth over a couple weeks. I finally had a chance to go in and sit on some bikes. Jeff advised me to sit on a few bikes like the Bonneville and Thruxton, as well as the America and Scrambler. I still went with the America but was glad to try other bikes out because you never know. I had not intended to buy that but went ahead and did a credit app while was there. With only fair credit I was surprised to have been approved! Chris Burnside went over all the details with me and helped me make a wise loan decision. Never did I feel pressured into buying anything or forced to do things "their way." They even let me know about events they participate in and a local Triumph riders club. Overall a great and friendly experience and I look forward to doing more business with them! 

I stopped in for a quick look when we happened to ride by the dealership one day a few months ago. We met Jeff Green who came across as a consummate professional sales person. He didn't apply any of the usual pressure I've encountered at other dealerships and told me when I was ready to call him. A couple months later when I called, he remembered exactly who I was and was extremely helpful in getting me onto my new 2012 Victory Cross Roads. He handled the entire process, including following up on my accessories order and made sure my experience was the best possible buying experience. I was back yesterday for my 500 mile service, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The service and parts departments were excellent. Even though it is 108 miles from my house to the dealership and there are other Victory dealers closer, St. Pete Powersports and Jeff Green have earned my loyalty and that is where I'll go for service and future bike needs. I most highly recommend them.
